Seasonal Kitchen Jobs at the Club
With the weather improving (well trying) our Steve has been getting the garden ship shape and sprucing up the outdoor furniture. This means more covers for our little kitchen to cater for. So we need some seasonal (April or May to September) extra staff. We are looking for;
Sous Chef
Working alongside are existing team in preparing our seasonal and daily menus, service at the Pass and helping evolve the culinary innovation in our event led evenings.
Food presentation / Commis Chef
A first time kitchen role to help in the food prep process, plating up of desserts and platters and maintaining the food preparation and storage areas.
With both roles we are always keen to work with enthusiastic and passionate novices keen to learn, as well as experienced staff looking for new opportunities. Our kitchen operates from Wednesday (prep day) through Thursday to Sunday (service) and we are happy to be flexible in terms of hours and days for the right person.
