This is our last weekend before we decree that Spring has sprung so we’ve decided to hold a final winter supper. Three courses of winter warmers with an amuse to start. A choice of starters, mains and puddings and a fire blazing outside. Wrap up and join us for a cosy night at the club.

24 hour red wine marinated local beef, slow cooked with smoked bacon and garlic and topped with Roquefort cheese and suet dumplings

Free range chicken flambéed in Armagnac and baked with Marsala wine, cream and tarragon with smoked goats cheese dumplings

Smoked garlic, salt and paprika infused beans and vegetables with a spiced cheddar dumpling
