Forest to Fork – An evening of classic and experimental venison dishes using Roe Deer, the Rolls Royce of venison

We are delighted to be working with Paul Ventress, a Professional Deer Manager and the UK’s leading deer stalker to source the best seasonal wild Roe Deer venison. Roe Deer is a native breed and is considered to be the Rolls Royce of venison for its soft, mild and tender meat.  Paul manages the deer across 50,000 acres of estates on the North East Coast and is passionate about the welfare and management of wild deer.
