Mini tart with our all butter pastry filled with caramelised onion, goats cheese, strawberry and crushed peppercorns

Ceviche
Lime and chill cured sea bass and salmon with coconut milk and coriander. Served with herb flatbreads for scooping

Tapenade tasting plate
A trio of of Summer tastes. Baby broad bean and pea with crumbled feta, sun blush pesto with griddled halloumi and black olive, pine nut and smoked salt. Served with olive oil toasts. *substitute some of the cheeses for poached salmon or seared fillet slices as a meat option

Watermelon & lime granita with a shot of frozen vodka

Greek Lamb
Marinated lamb cutlets, lemon roasted potatoes, tzatziki. Served with a feta and plum tomato salad with fresh oregano

Seared yellow fin tuna steak with a sweet and sour red wine and onion reduction. Pan fried potatoes, peppers and olive oil. Rocket salad, aged Parmesan and balsamic dressing

Griddle aubergine, courgette, peppers and butternut squash. Melted cave aged cheddar and smoked mozzarella topping. Smoky red pepper sauce and basil oil. Served with our triple fried chips
