In 1959 Paul Gineste de Suars purchased a restaurant in the 17th arrondissement of Paris and served just one menu – Aveyron salad to start, Steak and Frites and a famous secret steak sauce for main course and ice cream and chocolate sauce for pudding. Three generations later and now with 15 restaurants worldwide, the L’Entrecôte, still attracts queues every night. Join us for a menu which plays homage to this fine formula but with local, dry-aged sirloin and Simon’s own 15 ingredient secret steak sauce (unlike L’Entrecote there are a few other choices too).
