Not the standard St. Patricks (no furry green hat!) but, instead, a proper feast with an Emerald Isle inspired gourmet menu. We’ll be cooking with Irish Whiskey and a fair amount of Irish stout. Four courses with an amuse to begin, a great Fáilte and a fair amount of ceoil ages craic.

Seared Queen scallops with black pudding, bacon lardons and smoked garlic butter

A soup version of this classic with our beef, mustard and thyme sausage chunks with pearl barley and Guinness broth

White chocolate and Bailey’s Brownie with clotted cream ice cream and a mini iced Irish coffee with a shot of espresso and your choice of Irish whiskey with whipped vanilla cream
