Our big spice night gourmet feast with a five course menu and choices of starters, main courses and desserts with some of favourite spice inspired dishes.  From gently spiced to hot, hot, hot.  An evening for the adventurous palate.

 

AMUSE

Diala’s Mediterranean meze board of spiced dips, sauces and tapenades to get your taste buds going

STARTERS

Persian spiced tiger prawns

Or

Lamb Kofta with merguez spices

or

Roasted peppers stuffed with a zanzibar spiced rice

PALATE CLEANSER

Watermelon granita

MAIN

Steak Florentine chilli salsa verde

28 day dry aged steak, Mediterranean griddled vegetables, zesty, hot herb dressing. Side of pan fried, spiced potatoes

Or

Yemeni spiced monk fish and salmon skewers

Marinated overnight for an intense flavour and colour. Served with Persian rice and a golden beetroot and orange salad

Or

Greek aubergine and spiced bean bake

Griddled aubergine with smoked paprika and oregano, topped with feta and three bean cassoulet

DESSERT

Sharing platter dessert board with a small taster of all 3

Muhalbiyah a cooling milk based pudding (think creme caramel) scented with orange blossom

Cardamom and coffee, dark chocolate fudge brownie with rose water cream

Honey and tamarind roasted nectarine with clotted cream and mint
