Jo and Mike the Pilot are in the kitchen for Spice Night No. 6 which celebrates the loveliness of Cardomom. Native to India, Nepal, Pakistan and Bhutan it’s used as a spice, a masticatory, and in medicine and it can also be smoked.
Mike and Jo has come up with a fantastic menu which explores the diversity of this aromatic and unique little fellow.
Although subject to a few tweaks and adjustments the menu goes something like this..
