The holy trinity of spiced food ingredients (chicken, prawns and steak), set as a challenge to our kitchen to create some their favourite spicy food dishes. The Spice Club Social gives you three rounds of tapas (starter size) food so you can try all 3 dishes. There’s a 4th cool-off dessert course with tangy fruit sorbet and iced coffee / ice cream affogatos

James’ Creamy Jerk Chicken – inspired by Caribbean routes from St Vincent. Using a special combination of spice mixes with sour cream and mushroom.
Round 2
Diala’s Persian Gulf style spiced King Prawns – with at least a dozen special herbs and slices
Round 3
Simon’s Mexican mole negro Steak
