Cocido Gallego
A very traditional Spanish stew of slow cooked beef, cured pork, smoked chorizo and pork chop. With a wine and vegetable broth of cabbage, boiled potatoes and chickpeas. This dish has 17th Century peasant origins but now found on fine dining menus in Gallicia.
