The Réveillon Festive Feast is a three course Christmas meal with an amuse to begin and  the option of gathering round the fire pits for a Feurzangenbowle fire punch when you arrive.    What a perfect excuse for a friends, family or colleagues festive gathering.  Christmas as the club is slightly maverick and magical.

Amuse

local beef carpaccio with our black olive tapenade and aged Parmesan

Artichoke and green olive tapenade with griddled halloumi (v)

 

The STARTERS

Winter Pear & Goats Cheese Salad (v)

Pear poached in mulled red wine with goat’s cheese, Armagnac flamed walnuts, salad leaves and sticky balsamic dressing

Or

Devilled Prawns

Tiger and North Atlantic prawns in a spiced naga infused salsa golf sauce with leaves and griddled focaccia toasts

Or

Duck Rillettes

A rich terrine of slow cooked duck served with apple, onion and sloe gin confit

Basque Roast Turkey

with Espelette pepper, sourdough & olive stuffing and

layered with cured Jamon

Winter Sirloin

28 day, dry-aged local steak with a peppercorn and brandy sauce and roasted tomatoes with a chestnut stuffing

Basque Fish Parcel

Wild sea trout and tiger prawns oven baked in parchment

with a rosé port sauce

Truffled Mushroom Wellington (v)

Field and Wild mushrooms topped with wilted spinach and truffle oil, encased in puff pastry with a creamy Marsala sauce

All with served with spiced roasted potatoes, spiced red cabbage, buttered green beans & sprouts with roasted chestnuts
