It’s January and about the best time to have oysters and what a better follow up than our 28 day, local dry aged steak. We’ll be shucking fresh oysters and you can have them raw, with a Bloody Mary shooter or roasted with garlic butter or Rockerfeller.

Our oysters come from The Loch Ryan Oyster Bed which date back to 1701, when King William III, granted a Royal Charter of the oyster bed to the Wallace family. The family live on the shores of the Loch, and the rights to the oysters bed have been in their family ever since.
