Mothering Sunday Lunch

This Mothering Sunday gather to treat your Mother to a lovely two or three course lunch.  We have two sittings – early birds can dine at 12:30 or late lunch lovers at 3:30.  All lent vows are relaxed to enable you to stuff your faces with goodies.

 Starters

Devilled Prawns


Chilled King Prawns in a naga chilli sauce with herbed, griddled focaccia

Sticky Duck Salad


With spiral cut mooli, cucumber, toasted sesame seeds, sticky tamarind & Honey Sauce

French Tartlet

Chevre Blanc and caramelised onion tartlet in our all butter pastry served with salad leaves and dill mayo

Seafood Parcel

Chunky salmon, tuna steak and tiger prawns, baked in parchment in a rose port sauce

Beef Medallions

Cut from local beef fillet served with an intense sauce using 14 ingredients including tarragon & Armagnac

Mushroom Wellington

Field mushrooms and chèvre blank goats cheese, spinach and white truffle oil, encased in pastry and served with our favourite Marsala wine and wild mushroom sauce

All served with big bowls of lemon and garlic roasted potatoes and vegetable selection for the table
