Middle Eastern - Tasting Plates

A  night of fabulous Middle Eastern  to share with the wonderful Diala Dajani in the kitchen. A perfect night to gather with friends or have a romantic night out.  We’ll light the lanterns and, weather permitting, the fire bowl in the garden.

ROUND 1

Fuhl

Egyptian broad beans, lemon, garlic with olive oil and fresh tomato and a hint of roasted cumin. Side of marinated feta and Nigella seeds.

ROUND 2

Ras Asfour

Aubergine, hummus and pine nuts topped with spiced lamb or chickpeas. Served with griddled flatbreads

ROUND 3

Chicken & Battata Harra

Marinated chicken wings with oven baked mini potatoes with a spicy rub with lots of lemon juice and coriander

ROUND 4

Persian Pears

Green cardamom and white wine poached pears with scented whipped cream
