Persian, slow cooked lamb stew with advieh spice (ground rose petals and other spices).

Baked aubergine with a three bean and lentil spiced stew with kaffir lime, sweet potatoes and peppers
Both dishes served with a special Persian rice and a side of carrot, orange, mint and pine nut salad.
