We’ve saved the best for last!  This is our final ever Friday Supper event night and it’s all the club favourites but made even more gourmet for your utter delight.  Don’t eat all week and loosen garments. A culinary treat and the best company diners could wish for.  All of the tables have been booked by firm friends of the club and we can’t wait for our last supper with you all.

Layers of roasted vegetables, melted chèvre blanc, honey orange glaze, red pepper sauce and basil oil

Slow roasted and shredded duck with lardons, juniper and Gaillac white wine with a lambs lettuce, pear and walnut salad

Thick rare slices of peppercorned local fillet. Mini ratatouille. Our entrecôte sauce. Thick cut triple fried chips.

Wild Mushroom Marsala

Cepes and field mushrooms. Intense, creamy sauce. Nut and courgette pilau. Aged Parmesan.

Armorican Seafood

Monk fish, spiced salmon and fresh mussels in a brandy and crayfish reduction. Janssons temptation dauphinois. Smoked salt asparagus.
