We’re so delighted that Diala is joining us more regularly for special Italian and Middle Eastern weekends.  She’s half Italian and half Lebanese so bring authenticity, passion and great fun. This is our first in a series of Italian Trattoria’s with Diala (each one will be slightly different).  How very marvellous.

Chunky cod and prawns baked in parchment in a rich tomato, caper, olive oil and puglian white wine sauce

House special melanzane

We love this dish of aubergines and courgettes layered with a rosé port, black olive and tomato sauce, rich béchamel and Parmesan topping

Orange, pistachio and polenta cake

Deliciously syrupy cake served with a honey, mascarpone cream
