Part of our Italian weekend ‘Carne Club’.  A fabulous gourmet night for those who love Italian steaks and meat dishes.  Big sharing platters of amazing Italian cuts of local steak.

Our favourite steak cuts with an Italian twist

Tagliata 

From the centre of the whole sirloin and aged for 32 days. Square cut and served rare with a Puglian red wine reduction. Rocket & Parmesan

Fillet Florentine 

Strip cut fillet and served on roast mediterranean vegetables with a fresh herb and white balsamic salsa verde

Both dishes served with pan fried potatoes with rosemary and Garlic
