A 5 course full on Italian Feast. Gather a table for aperitivos and antipasti in the garden (weather permitting) or inside at the bar and then head to your table for a slow feast with lots of vibrazione (chatter or good vibrations!!).
This is a long, relaxed evening of fine dining, Italian style.

Caponata – Sicilian roasted pepper dish, part stew, part tapenade, Salvia Fritta con Crudo di Parma – fried sage with Parma ham or Buffalo mozzarella and sole pesto di pomodoro – sunblush tomato pesto. All served with herb focaccia
Primo
Seafood Linguine – with a rich white wine, rose garlic and cherry tomato passata and lots of flat leaf parsley and Parmesan

Involtini – rolled aubergine with an artichoke tapenade served with Panzanella, a traditional peasant’s summer salad made of crusty bread, tomatoes, cucumber, onion and basil.
Secondi
Tagliata – One of our house speciality steak dishes. Thick slices from a centre cut slab of local fillet. Seared extra hot and served rare with a drizzle of picante salsa verde. Pan fried potatoes with rosemary and garlic dressing. Aged Parmesan, rocket and pine nut salad

Wild trout Florentine – gently spiced wild trout fillet with salsa verde. Served on a bed of griddled vegetables and with a side of pan fried potatoes with spinach and Parmesan

House special melanzane – with roasted aubergines and courgettes layered with a rosé port tomato sauce and rich béchamel and cheese topping. Served with a seasonal herb salad and sticky balsamic dressing

House Italian cheeseboard with roast summer fruit – fresh pecorino and a creamy rich gorgonzola served with marsala roasted apricots, seeded crackers and a scoop of Amaretti ice cream.

To finish – espresso shot, gelato, chocolate salted caramel sauce (with an optional shot of grappa)
