Red pepper, pea, chilli and basil arancini 

Tapenades and pesto with warm focaccia

Salmon and Saffron

A rich sauce with flakes of poached salmon, saffron, lemon zest and basil with a touch of cream and Marsala wine

A typical winter pasta ragu with wild boar, red wine, fennel and tomatoes

Aubergine, tomato, salted ricotta, pine nuts and basil

Rose veal escalope in a Parmesan and herb breadcrumb served with roast vegetable stack, rosemary and garlic pan fried potatoes and arrabiata  sauce

Chunky cod and prawns baked in parchment in a rich tomato, caper, olive oil and puglian white wine sauce

We love this dish of aubergines and courgettes layered with a rosé port, black olive and tomato sauce, rich béchamel and Parmesan topping
