We’re bringing together some of the best gourmet dishes from the Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland. Fresh, simple, healthy and beautiful. We’ll be kicking off with a luxury smörgåsbord and the menu will include classic Scandinavian dishes but made with local ingredients and a club twist and dressed with edible wild flowers. The fire will be lit, a dip in the river is optional!!!
