Paris cafe tartlet with a strawberry and peppercorn salad

Crevettes with rouille – pan fried tiger prawns with smoked garlic butter, sea salt and flat leaf parsley. Served with our speciality rouille and freshly baked baguette.
Or
Toulouse sausages – our own pork sausage mix of garlic, thyme, red wine and smoked lardons. Served with a tomato and herb salad and Dijon mustard mayo
Or
Roasted pepper farçi – sweet red and yellow peppers filled with a mix of Agen prune, almond rice, shallots, lime and fresh herbs. Served with rocket and balsamic dressing.

Fillet mignon de Gaillac – the very best centre cut part of the Chateaubriand steak, served with an intense red wine reduction made with our house Gaillac wine. Served with triple fried frites and green beans wrapped in wood smoked ham.

Hake and Clam mornay – Pan fried hake fillet in a cheese and herb béchemel sauce with wine poached clams. Served with a side of pan fried potatoes, peppers and wilted spinach

Haché Aveyronnais – layers of aubergine, melted Roquefort and sweet potato in a sourdough crumb and topped with caramelised onion and walnuts. Served with triple fried frites and a green bean and pepper salad.

Regional French cheeseboard – some of our favourite ripe French cheeses, including epoisses, Ossau Iraty and Roquefort. Served with seeded crackers, a roasted peach and our own relish.

Meringue aux framboise – Jo’s very delicious crisp but chewy meringue, filled with a Chantilly cream, mulled fruits and topped with rosé port soaked raspberries

Cardamom and wine poached pear – served coated in a thick chocolate salted caramel sauce, and an Armagnac infused ice cream
