Local, best quality beef, marinated for 24hrs in Gaillac red wine and garlic and then slow cooked and served with traditional Aligot
Basque Seafood Parcel
Chunky cod, salmon and tiger prawns baked marinated in a rosé port, tomato and olive sauce and then baked in parchment. Served with Les Frites Maison
Vegetarian Cassoulet
Three-bean smoked paprika cassoulet with aubergine, pepper, courgette and sweet potato stack with grilled goats cheese and served with Les Frites Maison
