After a hard day at sea, pull into harbour at the club for a luxury seafood pie or the ultimate fish finger sandwich.  Pipe smoking optional.

ROUND 1 – The Warm Up

Crab and Chilli linguine

Crab and claw meat, flash fried in butter garlic, bird’s eye chilli, a splash of white wine and lots of fresh herbs, then tossed with linguine

or

Naga devilled* prawns

Griddled focaccia topped with large prawns coated in a naga chilli version of the classic ‘salsa gulf’ sauce    *A tingle in the mouth rather than a fiery blast

ROUND 2 – The Cool Down

Mini tuna Niçoise salad

Espelette pepper coated tuna with squeaky French beans, cherry tomatoes, new potatoes, shallots and house dressing or

or

Hathersage Damson Gin cured salmon

Our home cured salmon, seared and served with a roasted beetroot and orange salad

ROUND 3 – The Classics

Gourmet fish pie

Pieces of lovely salmon and chunky cod, juicy tiger prawns and some tasty naturally smoked haddock in a creamy wine and parsley sauce with a crushed new potato and melted Wensleydale topping

The Ultimate fish finger sandwich

Who doesn’t love a great fish finger sandwich?! We take a whole side of fresh Grimsby dock landed cod and fillet it into chunky strips. Coat them in a herbed sourdough breadcrumb. Fried in caper butter and served in a locally baked seeded bun with leaves and a choice of house sauces
