ROUND 3 – The Classics
Gourmet Fish Pie
Pieces of lovely salmon and chunky cod, juicy tiger prawns and some tasty naturally smoked haddock in a creamy wine and parsley sauce with a crushed new potato and melted Wensleydale topping

Chunky strips of cod fillet, coated in a a herbed sourdough breadcrumb. Fried in caper and lemon butter and served in brioche with dill mayo and leaves
