Final Spring Fling

Alas, all good things must come to an end.  We’re having a final celebration of our Spring Menu. Come and join us for a three course Spring Supper or just one of your favourites from the Daytime Menu.  We’re open from 6pm – 10pm, ideal for a family gathering, a girls night out or a date night.  Three courses for £24 or individuals dishes from £7.  Booking is a must.

 

STARTERS or NIBBLES – £7

Marsala Mushroom

Wild and field mushrooms in a creamy sauce made with Marsala wine and served on griddled sourdough with aged parmesan shavings served with a leaf salad

Intrepid Rarebit

Local IPA, cave aged cheddar & mustard melted on sourdough with our homemade cowboy beans (black eyed beans, local ham hock, tomato and maple syrup)

Mini Merguez

Our own local lamb and harissa sausages served with tomato salsa and tzatziki

MAIN COURSES – £14

Salmon Florentine

Mediterranean roasted vegetables, pan-fried potatoes, salsa verde and loch salmon fillet poached in Gaillac white wine with herbs de Provence

Melanzane

Made with olive oil baked aubergines and courgettes, a rich red wine and tomato sauce and a thick cheese topping. Served with triple fried chips, pan-fried potatoes & spinach or salad

Greek Pork

Flattened pork steaks with smoked garlic, peppercorns and wild oregano served with sticky tomato relish and pan-fried potatoes with roasted peppers & spinach

Club Grill (£5 supplement)

Paris cut of dry-aged local sirloin with smoked garlic butter, our merguez sausages and marinated pork escalopes served with herb salad and a mound of triple fried chips
