Lamb Kleftiko
8hr slow cooked local Eyam lamb, with a stuffing of feta, sun blushed tomatoes and lemon. Served with ‘Patates Lemonates’ olive oil baked potato wedges with lemon and herb dressing

Chunky cod and prawns in a rich tomato, wine, caper and olive sauce. Baked in parchment with peppers and spinach. Served with smoked paprika chips
