The fabulous Diala returns to the kitchen for our Calabrian Cafe evening. Calabrian cuisine is distinctive from the rest of Italy and each part of Calabria has its own traditional dishes. There is however one common ingredient, the Peperoncino (or Calabrian chilli). Join Diala for a very relaxed evening of Calabrian delights.
