It’s summer and this year we’re making the most of the club’s fantastic garden. We’ll light the firebowls and candles and save you an outdoor (and indoor) table. Start with drinks and nibbles and perhaps even dine al fresco or head indoors if it gets nippy. A fabulous Summer menu with starter and main course meat, fish and vegetable dishes to choose from.

Taster plate of tapenades and pesto with warm herb and sea salt focaccia
Summer salad starters
Moroccan spice salad
Pomegranate, dukka crusted feta, fig, leaves and tamarind dressing

Smoked lardons, red wine poached pear, toasted walnuts, crumbled Roquefort and lambs lettuce. House dressing
Main course
Steak Florentine
Seared slices of local fillet steak, with roasted Mediterranean vegetables and picante salsa verde. Served with a side of triple fried chips

Seafood parcel
Salmon, hake and king prawns baked in parchment with a rosé port, tomato and caper sauce. Served with pan fried potatoes, roasted peppers and baby spinach leaves

Aubergine and Pepper Spice Board
BBQ’d aubergine with a three bean ragù topping, sticky rice stuffed peppers and a mango and cherry tomato salad
Desserts
Frutta e Formaggio
Part cheeseboard (fresh Pecorino and creamy Gorgonzola) part sweet (balsamic roasted peach and amaretti ice cream)
