The kitchen’s favourite. Thick slices of centre cut local fillet with a 3 peppercorn coating. Jansson’s temptation dauphinois, Mediterranean roast vegetables and smoked garlic butter

Cod, salmon and tiger prawns in rose port and tomato sauce. Baked in parchment with spinach leaves. Triple fried chips

Rounds of roasted butternut squash, courgette, aubergine and red pepper topped with goats cheese and served with a sweet pepper sauce and basil oil. Triple fried chips.
