We’re planning a six course tasting menu of some of our favourite Aveyron inspired dishes. Aveyron is where Simon’s parents live and is a Department of France known for an abundance of fantastic local produce that has attracted a number of Michelin starred chefs. This is a relaxed evening for those who love their food and want a long, sociable supper with friends and loved ones.
