Now that Spring has sprung we are staying open into the evening this Friday with an opportunity to come and sip a cocktail or two along with tasting plates from our new daytime Spring Menu. Book a table from 5:30pm onwards and stay for just 1 round or all 4.

Now that Spring has sprung we are staying open into the evening this Friday with an opportunity to come and sip a cocktail or two along with tasting plates from our new daytime Spring Menu. Book a table from 5:30pm onwards and stay for just 1 round or all 4
Round 1 – Toasted plates £6
Using our lovely griddled focaccia, sourdough or gluten free bread we’ve got a choice of Marsala Mushrooms, Intrepid Rarebit or Avocado & Roasted Tomato toppings
Round 2 – Spicy plates £7.50
We have our own speciality merguez lamb sausages with a mint yoghurt dip, pork escalopes in our own smoked garlic marinade and Aleppo chilli spiced halloumi. All served with pan fried potatoes (with a special kartofel seasoning we bring in from the market in Freiberg), spinach and peppers.
Round 3 – Main plates £12
Not quite the full portion serving, but a lovely tasting plate hint of one of our daytime fish, meat or veggie dishes (see specials board for details…examples include 28 day dry aged sirloin, poached salmon Florentine, roasted aubergine melanzane)
Round 4 – Chocolate or Cheese plates £6
One of our chocolate treats like our heavenly Pot au Chocolate or a rich gooey double baked brownie with clotted cream ice cream. Prefer to finish on something savoury we have a delicious cheeseboard selection with seeded crackers and our own jellies and relishes.
