Club Social (Steak Specials)

Well tonight you can just book a table and come and have a nibble or a feast.  We’ve got a Steak weekend this week so for our social night we’ll have our club favourites plus some Steak specials for you to choose from.  Come along and order whatever you fancy on the night (just like a normal restaurant, how strange and wonderful!).

Rib Eye with Smoked Garlic Butter

Starters

Beef Carpaccio | £8

Local fillet coated in peppercorns & sea salt with pink horseradish, rocket and toasts

Smoked Garlic Prawns | £7.50

King prawns pan-fried in a smoked garlic butter and served with herbed flatbreads

Basque Goats Cheese | £7

Melted on sourdough rounds with an orange, honey and nut glaze served with leaves & balsamic

Mains

Spring Frittata | £12.50

Local eggs with cream, herbs, asparagus, peas, fried potatoes and goats cheese (add poached salmon or chorizo £3 extra). Leaves and roasted sweet potato with a sticky tamarind dressing

 

Persian Aubergine Plate | £14

Slow cooked aubergine topped with a saffron and ginger bean stew and crumbled feta. Served with almond & herb rice and mango salsa

 

Salmon Florentine | £19.50

Gently spiced loch salmon with griddled vegetables and picante salsa verde. Side of triple fried chips

Seafood Plate | £19.50

Spiced and griddled salmon with lime yoghurt, crab with dill mayo and king prawns with chimichurri. Mango salsa and triple fried chips
