This is the 2nd Club Gourmet Supper and you can choose in advance your own course through this five course feast of some of our favourite things. However you can also follow our recommended path by going for the first choice on each round to experience our Western Isles inspired menu. Couth & Würstlin got engaged in the Western Isles of Scotland, the idea for the Hathersage Social Club was conceived there and Sous Chef Nicola’s & Guest Chef Mike the pilot’s recent trip to some of the distilleries there has provided more inspiration in the kitchen and some vital ingredients too. Let us know what yours and your guests choices are and if you have any special dietary requirements or unreasonable requests we should be aware of.
