The club is the perfect place for all kinds of private gatherings and we love organising and hosting celebrations that are a little different. The club works well for those who appreciate fine dining in a relaxed environment and we can offer a range of event types and menus from small, intimate cine supper nights for a minimum of 18 guests (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday nights anytime in the year apart from December ) to decadent dinner parties and private suppers (any night as long as the minimum spend for that night of the week is met) for a maximum of 36 guests.  Menus start from £30 a head.

Private events have exclusive use of the whole of the club (garden, restaurant and snug/bar/cinema). You can use the cinema screen to show photos or films, bring your own playlists and connect with our amp, you can even rifle in our dressing up box. We work with you to devise a menu and drinks that’s right for you, your group and your particular celebration.

There is a minimum spend on food and drink and if this is met then there is no hire charge for the venue. The minimum spend is based on our normal income levels for our own event nights.

Minimum spend for private cine nights of £650 (not available in Dec)
Minimum spend for Friday Night events of £1600 (Dec £1700)
Minimum spend for Saturday Night events of £1800 (Dec £2000)
(Minimum spend is on hosts and guests food and drink)

Private Event Bookings

If you think the club might be the right venue for your special event then get in touch. First we’ll check available dates and if we can find one that works for you we’ll arrange an initial meeting or discussion. We’ll pencil in your booking whilst we discuss and propose a plan and then to confirm your booking we’ll ask you to pay a £200 booking deposit. This deposit is not returnable or transferable but is deducted from the final bill.

Working numbers and orders (including special dietary requirements) need to be given 14 days prior to the event and final numbers and orders need to be provided 72 hours before the event it is this will be the minimum number charged for.

In event of cancellation the following charges will be levied;
Over 2 months prior to event – booking fee only

Less than 2 months prior to event – 50% of total costs
