Round 1 Taster – Farmers Pale Ale Rarebit
Cave aged cheddar, Dijon mustard and Farmers Pale ale blended together and melted on toasted sourdough with smokey ham hock and bean stew

Round 2 Starter – Yorkshire Farmer Cured Sea Bass
Fillets cured in Yorkshire Farmer and served with horseradish coleslaw and cinnamon fried apple
Tasting notes for Yorkshire Farmer; A gold coloured beer, light on the palate with a smooth bitter finish (ABV 4.0%)
Round 3 Main – Brown Cow Beef Carbonnade
Slow cooked stew with local steak, smoked lardons and an intense sauce using Farmers Brown Cow
Tasting notes for Farmers Brown Cow; A rich, deep, chestnut coloured beer. Citrus aftertaste gives way to a long dry finish (ABV 4.2%)
Round 4 Dessert – Farmers Stout, honey and oat sticky tart
A sweet, rich and sticky tart filling with mascarpone cream and made with the dark stout
Tasting notes for Farmers Stout; A dark enriched black & white stout with roasted malts and flaked oats producing a subtle hop character
