Mini Vendange

This is a tasting menu of lovely rounds of food to bring out the flavours of our Gaillac wines.  You can just come for the food alone, have a recommended glass or two or go for the full ‘flight’ 

*we can offer vegetarian round options…just let us know when booking.

Round 1

Starter Seafood Plate

A duo of seafood with wild sea trout with a spiced rub and Espelette pepper coated tuna. Served with a dressing of fresh lemon salsa verde

Round 2

Merguez Sausage and Salsa

Mergueze sausages made with our own spice blend and Paul’s locally sourced lamb. Served with a mint yoghurt and roast tomato salad.

Confit of Duck

Slow cooked duck leg served with creamy aligot mash, a sauce reduction of white wine, juniper and thyme and green beans with lardon fumé

Dark chocolate pot made with a hint of Armagnac. Served with our lavender, honey and orange finger biscuits.
