Steak & Oyster Night

It’s SeptembeR and time for oysters and what a better follow up than our 28 day, local dry-aged steak. We’ll be shucking fresh oysters and you can have them raw, with a Bloody Mary shooter or roasted with garlic butter or Rockerfeller.

Our oysters come from The Loch Ryan Oyster Bed which date back to 1701, when King William III, granted a Royal Charter of the oyster bed to the Wallace family. The family live on the shores of the Loch, and the rights to the oysters bed have been in their family ever since.

Both mains served dauphinoise potatoes, and squeaky green beans with lemon salt for the table

Dessert

Or

A classic affogato with salted caramel chocolate, clotted cream ice cream,
