Bank Holiday Monday brunch – all served from 10:30 – 3:30 (we shut up shop at 4:30)
Light Bites
Verde Brunch – a super healthy but delicious combination of fresh garden peas, baby broad bean, shallots, peppercorns and lemon on sourdough toast. Topped with crumbled feta, our salsa verde herb and olive oil dressing and two local farm poached eggs. Add some naughty dry cure bacon if you fancy
Wild Mushroom Marsala – ceps mixed with portobello and chestnut mushrooms with Italian sweet wine, creme fraiche and Parmesan on Sourdough. Topped with fresh wild rocket. Add some naughty dry cure bacon if you fancy
Tortilla Espanola – local free range eggs, cream and potato slices with roasted peppers, asparagus and shavings of manchego. Served with caramelised onion relish. Optional spicy chorizo
Full on brunching
The Aligot Brunch – the Club take on that classic full English, with creamy alight potato cakes, marsala mushrooms, balsamic roasted tomatoes, Toulouse sausage hachés and dry cure back bacon. Add poached eggs, black pudding or sourdough baguette for those with a serious appetite!
The Veggie Aliot Brunch – As above but with griddled halloumi, wilted spinach and peppers instead of bacon and sausage haché
Queenies – fillet of loch salmon poached in white wine and herbs de provence, served with creamy scrambled eggs with chives, sourdough toast and dill mayo
Club Steak and eggs – possibly the most decadent way to brunch…28 day dry aged sirloin, roasted tomatoes, eggs and a mound of triple fried chips. Hot chilli salsa on the side. Recommended with our full on Bloody Mary with lavish flavourings from our ammo box!
