Pieces of lovely salmon and chunky cod, juicy tiger prawns and some tasty naturally smoked haddock in a creamy wine and parsley sauce with a crushed new potato and melted Wensleydale topping

Who doesn’t love a great fish finger sandwich?! We take a whole side of fresh Grimsby dock landed cod and fillet it into chunky strips. Coat them in a herbed sourdough breadcrumb. Fried in caper butter and served in a locally baked seeded bun with leaves and a choice of house sauces
