Salad and tapenade Platters – a salad sharing board that includes our sexy summer salad, a fresh tomato salad and a roasted pepper and green bean salad with sesame seeds. Accompanied by black olive tapenade and a sun blush tomato pesto and served with a smoked garlic baguette

Round 2
Steak haché bar – we coarsely grind 100% local steak and infuse with a house blend of red wine, herbes de Provence and sunblush tomato to form our hachés. Fabulous on its own or top with caramelised onion and Roquefort cheese or our Italian version with smoked mozzarella cheese, rocket and an arabiata sauce. Served with triple fried chips and a selection of our favourite relishes and sauces

Butt rub BBQ Salmon steak – thick salmon steak marinated in our favourite smokey rub. Served with a mint and yoghurt dip and triple fried chips.

Aubergine and sweet potato melt – griddle layers of aubergine, gently spiced sweet potato and either smoked mozzarella or Roquefort cheese, coated in a herb sourdough breadcrumb. Served with tomato ragu sauce with olives, capers and red wine and triple fried chips.
