Summer Steak Supper

A lighter steak treat with 28 day dry aged sirloin served with salsa verde on roasted Mediterranean  vegetables or tornadoes of fillet with a salad of roasted peaches and balsamic red wine reduction. We can provide a rather fabulous alternative summer vegetarian menu….just let us know when booking and we’ll send you through a separate menu

MENU

Amuse

Paris café tartlet – made with caramelised onion and goats cheese. Served with leaves a strawberry and balsamic dressing

Starter

Tuna carpaccio 

Sashimi grade tuna with an Espelette pepper rub served with roast beetroot and orange salad and a dill, lemon mayonnaise 

Or

Toulouse sausage haché

Coarsely ground pork and smoked lardons with a Mediterranean seasoning and Gaillac red wine. Served with a tomato and herb salad and Dijon mayo.

Main

The Club Summer Grill

Seared slices of 28day dry aged sirloin layered on top of our kartofel spiced mini roast potatoes with spinach and peppers. Drizzled with fresh herb and lemon salsa verde

Or

Steak salad

The sexiest of Summer salads with a centre cut part of Chateaubriand steak served with roasted figs and peaches, griddled asparagus, plum tomatoes and a balsamic and tamarind dressing

Dessert

Three milk cake – with roasted macadamia nuts, flaked almonds and rosé soaked raspberries

Sorbet Royale – duo of intense sorbets with roast peach and a generous measure of house bubbly
