When we knocked the wall down that divided the kitchen space from the the dinning area it was about trying to make a connection between the smells, the pagentry and experience of cooking, with what our guests are eating on their plate…we also love the honesty that with everything cooked freshly there is nowhere to hide. You see us we see you. We like that you comment on the pans of sauces resting on the pass or look in see our little culinary ballet in full swing.
We were pleased this week to get a 5* top rating from the Food Standards Agency for the cleanliness, tracability and management of the food we serve. If you feel good about how our food is made, you can see how your food is being cooked and you can talk to us about what we are making, then we think that’s a good thing all round
