Paul Bowyer and Mr Couth collaborate once again with their mighty meat-off.  Paul chooses the best two seasonal meats and cuts of the moment and Mr Couth comes up with a menu which uses one as a starter and one as a main.  Slightly experimental, extremely delicious.  It’s like ‘Ready, Steady, Cook’ but far more yummingtons trough.
