The Kitchen Theory – Chef’s Table

Do you like your meal with a side of theatrics?  Immersive dining has gone fully mainstream and there are so many ways to have something a little more dramatic for dinner.  Some are narrative themed and some are a feast for all the senses but as a way to enhance and extend the experience of the menu.

The Kitchen Theory Chef’s Table employs all of your senses to make an unforgettable meal experience.  This is intimate, a table for just 12 diners, spending 4 hours over a 10 course multi-sensory meal created by Michelin starred Chef, Jozef Youssef.

Each of the ten courses are conceptually designed based on a ‘mix of science and art, yet at their core these dishes are simply delicious ingredients married with a mix of traditional and modernist culinary techniques and served with beautiful wines and exciting cocktails’.
